Beginning: The Birth of a Dream
It was a cool autumn day in 2014. While walking through the historic streets of Istanbul, the desire to bring a life-changing idea to life, one that would push the boundaries of technology and touch people’s lives, sprouted within us. This idea encompassed not only technology but also a human-centric approach that focused on inspiring stories. This is how “The Codeman” was born.

In our early days, we started working in a small office with big dreams. Our passion for technology and the inspiration we drew from people propelled us forward each day. The energy and diversity of Istanbul became a source of inspiration for our innovative projects. Through the solutions we offered in software and web design, we enabled our clients to express themselves in the digital world. Our corporate identity and SEO services strengthened brands’ identities and increased their digital visibility.

 

Our First Successes and Awards
In our early years in Turkey, we quickly gained recognition in the industry for our innovative approach and high-quality services. In 2015, we received the “Best Web Design Firm of the Year” award. In 2019, we were honored with the “Best Software Company in Turkey” award.

Growth and Transformation: The Journey to Zurich
By 2018, we decided to take our success in Istanbul to the international stage. As a result of this decision, we moved our headquarters to Zurich, Switzerland. Zurich, being the technology and innovation hub of Europe, offered us new opportunities and expansion possibilities. Here, we further developed our software solutions, delving deeply into CRM, HRM, mechatronics, and artificial intelligence software.

At our Zurich headquarters, we meticulously analyzed customer needs and expectations while developing our customer relationship management (CRM) and human resources management (HRM) software. Additionally, we produced mechatronics software in the field of industrial automation and robotics, aimed at optimizing production processes in factories to increase efficiency. Our work in artificial intelligence involved developing data analytics and decision support systems using machine learning and deep learning algorithms. In this process, we offered innovative solutions in advanced technology areas such as natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

The projects we carried out in Zurich resonated not only in Europe but globally. We played a role as developers in some major banking systems in Germany, achieving significant successes in the finance sector with these projects. During this period, we crowned our achievements with numerous industry awards.

 

In 2018, winning the Swiss ICT Awards for “Best Innovative Software” was the first major recognition of our innovative approach. A year later, in 2019, receiving the European IT & Software Excellence Awards for “Best CRM Solution” confirmed the success of our CRM software in the industry. In 2020, we proved our excellence in industrial automation by winning the German Innovation Awards for “Best Industrial Automation Solution”. That same year, being awarded the European IT & Software Excellence Awards for “Best HRM Software” showcased the quality of our HRM software.

The year 2021 was a year of reaping the fruits of our work in artificial intelligence and data analytics. Winning the Tech Excellence Awards in the “Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics” category once again demonstrated our innovative work in the industry. That same year, we solidified our success in the mechatronics field by winning the German Innovation Awards for “Best Mechatronics Solution”. In 2022, being honored with the grand prize in the “Best Software Company of the Year” category at the Global Business Tech Awards indicated the international recognition of our overall success. Finally, in 2023, winning the AIconics Awards for “Best AI and Machine Learning Application” once again proved our leadership in the field of artificial intelligence.

During this period, we began offering sectoral services in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Bangkok, Dubai, Qatar, and Macedonia. In these countries, we provided a wide range of services such as digital transformation consulting, data management, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IoT (Internet of Things) solutions. Additionally, through e-commerce platforms, mobile application development, and digital marketing strategies, we helped our clients gain a competitive advantage in the digital world.


The Gateway to the Balkans: A New Beginning in Montenegro
The year 2023 was a year of further expansion for us. We opened our Balkan Unit in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. This new branch expanded the scope of our services in the Balkan countries and made us a significant player in the local market. This step we took in Montenegro further increased the impact of our software, production, promotional films, and editing services in the region.

Our goals in the Balkan region are to lead in software engineering and advanced software techniques. Here, we offer scalable and flexible solutions to our clients using modern software development techniques, especially microservices architecture, cloud computing, and distributed systems. Pioneering in Technology: Artificial Intelligence and Emotion Simulators
As “The Codeman”, we did not limit ourselves to existing technologies; we also invested in innovations that would shape the future. For the past six years, we have accelerated our R&D efforts by focusing on developing emotion simulator software for artificial intelligence robots. Our work in this area aims to strengthen the bond between humans and technology and develop more human-like technologies. The goal of our AI robots understanding and simulating human emotions is to make human-machine interaction more natural and effective.
